New Generation’s transitional space offers temporary housing for up to 24 months, assisting women and children who need additional support as they progress toward permanent housing and independence.
Services
Residents must be employed or enrolled in school, and have access to their own transportation. Like our shelter, transitional housing residents receive comprehensive support services, including:
Intensive case management
Parenting counseling
Life skills coaching
Financial empowerment
Community referrals and connections
Our transitional space is fully furnished, and it offers a separate entrance, a private kitchen, and a spacious full bathroom.
This space is frequently assigned to bigger families that have challenges finding shelter or transitional housing due to the size of their family.
